Recommended Viewing: Hachi
Hachi: A Dog's Tale is about a dog found by Parker Wilson (Richard Gere) at a train station. They immediately formed a strong bond witnessed by everyone who knows them.
During week days Hachi would bring Parker at the station and waits till he gets off at 5 P.M. When Parker didn't come home after suffering from a heart attack and died, Hachi continues to wait for him for 10 years until its own demise when it got reunited with its master.
Make sure to have a box of tissues for this one is truly a heart breaker. Bato na lang ang hindi maiiyak sa kuwentong ito ng pag-ibig at katapatan.
Based from a true story in Japan, Hachiko was with its master from 1924-25. When its master died from cerebral hemorrhage, Hachiko waited for his return for nine years until its death in 1935. (Source: Wikipedia)
